Search Global Pty Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") operates the My AI Sales Coach mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account Information: When you sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email address from these services.
- Audio Recordings: When you record sales conversations, the audio files are stored locally on your device only.
- Transcripts: Text transcriptions generated from your audio recordings.
- Analysis Data: AI-generated coaching feedback and analysis results based on your transcripts.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including features accessed and analysis methodologies selected.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App
- Process your recordings and transcripts locally on your device; transcript text is sent to AI services for analysis and is not stored on our servers
- Generate AI-powered sales coaching analysis
- Process subscription payments through Apple
- Send important notices about your account or the App
- Respond to your requests and support needs
AI-Powered Coaching Analysis
When you enable AI Transcript Analysis in the app's Settings, your sales call transcript text is sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) via a secure HTTPS connection for coaching analysis. Only the transcript text and your selected analysis methodology are sent — no personal account information, audio recordings, or device identifiers are included. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. You can enable or disable AI transcript analysis at any time in Settings under "AI Analysis". On your first analysis, the app will ask for your explicit consent before sending any data.
Data Processing and AI Analysis
On-Device Processing
- Transcription: Audio-to-text transcription is performed entirely on your device using on-device AI. Your audio is never sent to external servers for transcription.
Cloud Processing
- AI Analysis: When you request a sales analysis, your transcript text (not audio) is sent to AI services for analysis and is not stored on our servers.
- Data Minimisation: We only send the minimum data necessary to perform the analysis.
Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: Recordings and transcripts are stored locally on your device only and are not stored on our servers.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication and user account management. Privacy Policy
- Apple StoreKit — in-app purchases and subscription management. Privacy Policy
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — sales call transcript analysis and coaching insights. Only transcript text is shared when you have enabled AI Analysis. Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare — secure API gateway for AI analysis requests. No data is stored. Privacy Policy
These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active
- Recordings & Transcripts: Retained based on your subscription tier (Free: 7 days, Pro: 90 days, Rainmaker: unlimited) unless you delete them manually
- Analysis Results: Retained with associated transcripts
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access: View all data associated with your account within the App
- Delete: Delete individual recordings, transcripts, and analyses at any time
- Account Deletion: You can delete your account directly within the app via Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your Firebase authentication account and all locally stored data, including recordings, transcripts, and analysis results. You can also request deletion by contacting support@mysalescoach.app.
- Export: Export your transcripts and analyses in various formats
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
