  • Account Information: When you sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email address from these services.
  • Audio Recordings: When you record sales conversations, the audio files are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our cloud service.
  • Transcripts: Text transcriptions generated from your audio recordings.
  • Analysis Data: AI-generated coaching feedback and analysis results based on your transcripts.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including features accessed and analysis methodologies selected.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App
  • Process and store your recordings and transcripts
  • Generate AI-powered sales coaching analysis
  • Process subscription payments through Apple
  • Send important notices about your account or the App
  • Respond to your requests and support needs

Data Processing and AI Analysis

On-Device Processing

  • Transcription: Audio-to-text transcription is performed entirely on your device using on-device AI. Your audio is never sent to external servers for transcription.

Cloud Processing

  • AI Analysis: When you request a sales analysis, your transcript text (not audio) is sent to our secure servers and processed using AI services to generate coaching feedback.
  • Data Minimisation: We only send the minimum data necessary to perform the analysis.

Data Storage and Security

  • Local Storage: Recordings and transcripts are stored locally on your device.
  • Cloud Sync: If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored securely using Google Firebase with encryption in transit and at rest.
  • Data Segregation: Your data is associated with your user account and is not accessible to other users.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication, cloud storage, and database services
  • Apple StoreKit: Subscription and payment processing
  • AI Services: For generating sales coaching analysis (transcript text only)

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active
  • Recordings & Transcripts: Retained based on your subscription tier (Free: 7 days, Pro: 90 days, Rainmaker: unlimited) unless you delete them manually
  • Analysis Results: Retained with associated transcripts

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access: View all data associated with your account within the App
  • Delete: Delete individual recordings, transcripts, and analyses at any time
  • Account Deletion: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us
  • Export: Export your transcripts and analyses in various formats

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
